For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven, place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet and glaze - pierce with a knife and bake in a convection oven @ 180 C / 360 F or a gas oven @ Gas MK 4 for approximately 45 - 55 minutes.

The pasties are packed in a thermal package and should be frozen immediately upon receipt. Our Cornish Pasties can be stored in a frozen state for 12 months.
This product can be baked off and then frozen for reheating and consumption at a later date. For best results bake from frozen (don't defrost) for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
When ordering please ensure that someone is available at the property the next day to receive the goods.
As these products are frozen and perishable, we don't accept responsibility for an unattended delivery to your home.
